Returns & Exchanges

Classes & Kits:

We strive to provide the best products and services for your scrapbooking needs. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we handle concerns on a case-by-case basis. If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us directly at paperandbling@gmail.com. We are committed to finding a satisfactory resolution for each individual situation. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our best to address any issues promptly.

Event Cancellation & Registration Policy:

Registration for Events are non-refundable. Cancellations are not permitted. In an extreme case beyond your control, please contact us at paperandbling@gmail.com to discuss.

Payment Due Date

Payment in full or a deposit option is available based on the Event. Your spot won’t be reserved until you are paid in full. Space is limited and the event may sell out. We do not hold spots for people committing without payment.

I can no longer attend, what should I do?

While we do not refund your event payment, you will receive the event box and extras from the event. Please contact us at paperandbling@gmail.com to discuss and coordinate shipping of your box.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
