Hi, I’m Inessa Persekian, the heart behind @paperandbling. I’ve been a passionate scrapbooker for over 20 years, blending my love for art and memory keeping into colorful layouts and mini albums that tell meaningful stories. Despite working full-time in the corporate world, I always make time for this beautiful hobby—it’s my creative escape and a way to capture life’s most precious moments.

My style is bright, lively, and full of energy. I love playing with a variety of colors, textures, and materials, mixing structured, neat designs with natural elements like florals. And of course, I always add a little sparkle—because everything’s better with a touch of pretty, pink, and bling! Whether I’m creating a 12x12 layout or a mini album, I aim to celebrate life’s joys with every piece.

At home, life is a wonderful whirlwind with my husband and our three amazing kids. Our days are filled with work, school, dance competitions, travel adventures, and new experiences that inspire my projects. This busy, joy-filled life fuels my creativity and reminds me why memory keeping is so important.
