Hi, I’m Inessa Persekian, the heart behind paperandbling. I’ve been a scrapbooker for over 20 years, combining my love for art and memory keeping. I’ve started sharing this passion through teaching, helping others to tell their unique stories. Whether it’s a 12x12 layout or a mini album, I’m all in. I have a penchant for all things pretty, pink, and sparkly.
